Out-of-Bounds: North Milwaukie

So this area ISN'T in my challenge, it's not technically Portland, though I walked there from Portland. I just want to share what you might be missing when you overlook Milwaukie, and this isn't even the posh part of Milwaukie. Just a neighborhood I wandered into, in a nice treed area of North Milwaukie, West of Happy Valley, South of Portland, to the north and south of King Blvd.
