Fernhill Park (NE)

This tidy neighborhood consists of the Leitritz Addition, Van Laeken Addition, and Ainsworth Park Tracts and borders Fernhill park to the South, NE 42nd ave to the East, and Liberty or Lombard to the North. You can enter via NE Holman off of 42nd.

These are mostly roman brick fronted standard ranches (along NE Holman) with modern styles becoming more prolific as you wind north to Liberty. Many are unremodeled and quite original, complete with vintage kitchens and baths, basement bars - the works!! Some with views north to Lombard/Columbia, maybe of St. Helens/Mt. Hood. This is a very nice neighborhood, walking distance to McMenamin's Edgefield, and NE Killingsworth ammenities.
