Woodstock 1, SE

Last night I walked Woodstock, well a portion of it - specifically from Woodstock North to Steele, 52nd to 41st. This includes the Woodstock, Germania, Avonia, Rosemead, Section 18, and Blue Ridge Tracts. Only five houses have sold here in the last 12 mos, and they run between $205 and $330K. It is a quite darling area and skirts the Woodstock school and huge treed park. The houses really differ stylistically - there are a lot of standard ranches, some really cute 40's transitional ranches, a few 20's shot gun shacks, a whole slew of big-porched arts& crafts bungalows, and myriad moderns.
