Linnton - Springville Ct

On this torrentially rainy Sunday, my friend Teresa and I went gung-ho and decided to hike Forest Park. On our way off the trail, we walked along Springville Road, down NW Ogden, Wood, Shepherd, down to Springville Ct. This is a hidden pocket above the NW terminus of the St. John's bridge, just south of Germantown Road. Mostly bungalows, foursquares, and ranches on large terraced lots with views, this is a nice neighborhood! There isn't much sales data - only one house for sale in the past two years, it's currently active at $275K.
