Sometime this Fall, I wandered the area between Powell and Woodward, 52nd to 39th (the most SE corner of the Richmond Neighborhood. and forgot to post it. (Doh).
I've always liked this area, in the middle there's almost a secret pocket of interesting ranch and other mid-century homes on winding streets, which are rarely traveled and rather attractive. There's also a hidden plant nursery in the middle, and a very nice catholic owned wooded estate with a walking path. The houses vary between bungalow and foursquare varieties, to traditionals, tudors, ranches, and even a Modern or two! It's a well-maintained and quiet area, with easy access to Powell blvd, and the luxuries of Division St.
The six month sales run from $150K-$350K. The tracts include Creston, Redlichton, Richmond Addition, Kelley's Addition, Dana, East Creston, Plainfield, Kippel, and Boddley (and probably some others!).
